Terms of Service
1. The service
FundyTraders (fundytraders.com) provides trading evaluations ("challenges") on simulated accounts. No real money is traded on your behalf and you never deposit funds for trading. The challenge fee pays for the evaluation service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not resident in a country where we do not offer the service.
3. Rules
Each challenge has published rules (profit target, daily loss limit, maximum loss and minimum trading days). Breaking a rule ends the account.
4. Funded accounts and payouts
Funded accounts require identity verification. Rewards are a share of simulated profits, paid according to the payout policy. We may review trading before any payout and refuse prohibited strategies.
5. Prohibited practices
Account sharing, multiple accounts to circumvent rules, latency or tick arbitrage, copy trading between accounts, and any abuse of the simulated environment.
6. Refunds
Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account has been used, except where required by law.
