Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data FundyTraders (fundytraders.com) collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), country of residence and the version of our Terms you accepted.
• Security: the IP addresses and devices you log in from, to protect your account (for example new-login alerts) and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Affiliate programme: if you join, your referral code, the clicks and sign-ups it brings and the payout details you give us.
• Challenges: your purchases, trading accounts, trading results, identity verification and payouts.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for, keep your account secure, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send you the emails you need (for example email verification, password resets and account notices). You can choose which notification emails you receive in your settings.

3. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the service, and only what they need:

• our technology and trading partner, which may handle challenge purchases, trading accounts, identity checks and payouts;
• hosting, network and security providers (our server host and Cloudflare);
• our email delivery provider;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and a referral cookie (30 days) that remembers which affiliate sent you. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example records of payments and identity checks).

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected].
